PyxMagic is an AI-powered web platform designed for retailers and manufacturers to create professional-quality product silhouette photography conveniently in their stores or showrooms. Simply upload product photos to your PyxMagic account using the PyxMagic companion iPhone app or from your camera. PyxMagic removes cluttered backgrounds to help create a perfect mask, applies custom shadows, and performs post-processing to produce consistent, high-quality product photography without the need for studios or professional setups. Additionally, PyxMagic includes tools tailored for a wide variety of product categories, including Home Furnishings & Accessories, Gifts, Tabletop & Kitchen, and many more.
What is PyxMagic Pro?
PyxMagic Pro is a tier of PyxMagic designed for retaileres and manufacturers who are looking to build efficiencies into their current photography processes and accelerate their product photography production. In addition to all the features of PyxMagic Basic, PyxMagic Pro offers features specifically designed for high-volume product photography.
- Bulk Process up to 250 raw images at once. PyxMagic Pro will automatically process images and return clean product silhouette images to your specifications (including shadows, fill and aspect ratio), without the need for manual editing- streamlining the product photography workflow and saving significant time and cost.
- PyxMagic Pro leverage the most advanced versioni of Inspire AI, to deliver exceptional quality lifestyle images.
- Auto-Color Correction solves the persistent challenge of color correction by auto-detecting and correcting color automatically – and can be applied during bulk processing or individual captures.
- With Auto-Dimension Markers users just input product dimensions and the markers are automatically placed on silhouette images.

What kind of images can I create with PyxMagic?
With PyxMagic you can create a full suite of product photography, including:
- Silhouettes: Clean product shots on white or flat color backgrounds with simple shadows

- Dimension Images: Manually draw dimensions onto Silhouette images
- Auto-Dimension Markers: Pro subscribers enter product dimensions and PyxMagic will automatically apply dimension markers to your silhouette.

What are the hardware requirements for PyxMagic?
You can use any image that you take from your phone or camera to create a PyxMagic photo. If you want to use our companion PyxMagic iOS app, you will need an iPhone 11 or higher.
Who owns images processed by PyxMagic?
You have full ownership of images that you produce using PyxMagic, while Pyxd, Inc. reserves the right to use your data and images in an anonymized way for the sole purpose of improving the PyxMagic service.
What types of image files can I use for PyxMagic?
Any resolution or industry standard image file format will work. Examples: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIF/HEIC, WEBP, etc.
How much does PyxMagic cost?
PyxMagic Basic is $199/month if billed annually and $249/month if billed monthly. PyxMagic Pro is only available by annual subscription of $3348.00
Can I add users to my PyxMagic account?
Yes! Additional users can be added to your account for $69/month. Simply go to your web account page to add additional users. You will be able to set roles and permissions that ensure you have admin control over your account.
How long are your contracts?
We offer two types of contracts, month to month or a yearly subscription, which includes a 20% discount.
Do you offer discounts?
If you sign up for a yearly contract, you can save 20% off of the monthly subscription fee.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel at any time. If you’re on an annual plan, you will still have access to your account for the remaining term of your annual agreement. If you are on a monthly plan, you will have access to your account for the remainder of the monthly term. We do not prorate or refund partial month or year subscriptions.
How do I cancel?
To cancel, tap on Chat in the PyxMagic Hub to speak with a live agent, who can cancel your subscription anytime.
Can I change my plan later on?
You can upgrade your subscription or change from monthly to annual billing by selecting “Manage Plan” in your PyxMagic Account settings located in the PyxMagic Hub. To cancel or downgrade your subscription, tap Chat in the PyxMagic Hub to speak with a live agent.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can change your credit card by going to the PyxMagic account page and updating your payment method, or by using Chat in the PyxMagic Hub to get help in doing so.
This will be a business expense…can you invoice me instead of using a credit card?
We are currently only set up for credit card transactions, although invoices are automatically generated and can be accessed anytime.
What do I get with a free trial of PyxMagic?
The free trial for PyxMagic lasts 7 days and gives you full access to a Basic PyxMagic subscription, including the PyxMagic hub and our companion iOS app. You can process as many captures as you’d like during the trial period and have access to quality sweeps.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your free trial account will automatically roll over to a paid monthly subscription after your free trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the free trial, and you will not be charged. If you’d like to change to annual billing, you can do so in your Account Settings> Billing> Manage Plans. Or you can always tap Chat in the PyxMagic Hub, and a live agent will help.
Why do I need to provide my credit card information?
We capture your credit card information when you sign up for a free trial to combat fraudulent signups. We will not charge your credit card until your trial is over – you can cancel at any time during the trial and will not be charged.
